Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and dependable IT Operations Specialist to support our day-to-day technology and business operations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, enjoys managing recurring processes, and has an interest in technology and operations. You will work closely with leadership and internal teams to ensure systems, workflows, and operational tasks remain efficient, accurate, and well-organized.
Key Responsibilities

You will work closely with leadership and internal teams to ensure systems, workflows, and operational tasks remain efficient, accurate, and well-organized.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly operational processes and checklists
- Maintain internal reports, spreadsheets, and tracking systems
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and recurring administrative tasks
- Ensure time-sensitive updates, renewals, and operational activities are completed accurately and on schedule
IT & Systems Support
- Perform routine checks across websites, servers, and internal systems
- Assist with user account setup and access management
- Support domain renewals, SSL monitoring, and vendor coordination
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate when necessary
Email & Platform Operations
- Monitor email marketing platforms and identify operational concerns
- Assist with campaign workflows, scheduling, imports, and execution
- Monitor alerts and escalate issues promptly when required
Internal Support
- Serve as a point of contact for internal technology-related requests
- Assist team members with day-to-day technical support needs
- Coordinate with vendors and internal resources to resolve issues efficiently
Documentation & Organization
- Maintain and improve internal documentation and procedures
- Organize knowledge base materials and operational guidelines
- Ensure processes are clearly documented, standardized, and easy to follow
